You don’t need to have your whole life figured out right now, but you do need a starting point. This workshop will help you cut through the confusion, understand your options, and discover how your values, mindset, and strengths can guide your next step.
The goal isn’t pressure, it’s clarity and confidence.
If you’re in Grade 11 or 12 and thinking, “I have no idea what I want to do after high school,” you’re not behind. You’re not lazy. And you’re definitely not alone.
There’s a lot of noise out there.
Go to university.
No, go to college.
Take a gap year.
Pick something practical.
Follow your passion.
Don’t waste time.
Don’t pick the wrong thing.
It’s overwhelming.
This session isn’t about telling you what you should do. It’s about helping you figure out what makes sense for you.
In this 3-day workshop, we will:
- Break down the real differences between college, university, and gap years
- Talk about how to choose a program (without panicking)
- Bust some common career myths
- Help you identify your values and strengths so your future actually fits who you are
- Explore mindset, networking, and how to “find your people.”
- Learn simple ways to stay organized and make the most of opportunities
- And yes, we’ll talk about AI and how it can work for you, not against you
By the end of this workshop, you may not have your entire life mapped out — and that’s okay. But you will leave with clarity, tools, and a clear direction to start.
Your future isn’t about having all the answers today.
It’s about learning how to ask better questions.
